Your coordinator - Anne Lennox-Martin

With an experience in Business & Facility Management for more than 30 years, Anne has managed a wide range of working environments for both the public sector and high-ranking private companies. Initially, she worked as a client in the public sector, and then managed multi-location contracts that completely covered the UK with the full range of services for a major FM service provider.

 

In 2003, Anne established her own consulting company and in 2014 she became General Manager of a new company, FMP360 Ltd, which delivers the strategic measurement of perception and relationships within the FM industry.

 

She is one of the first seven students to obtain a Master's degree in Facilities and Environmental Management awarded by University College London in 1994 and the first BIMF member to obtain professional qualifications in 2002.

 

In 2007, she was declared one of the most influential 20 FM women in the UK, a title given by FM World magazine. She is a founding member of WIFM and an active personality in supporting various BIMF groups.

 

As a co-author of the "BICY Good Practice Guide to Customer Service in 2010," Anne was awarded the IMF's 2013 Deep Impact on the FM industry in 2013, and in 2014 she was granted the status of Member of the Royal Institute of Certified Inspectors.

 

Passionate about the FM industry, she is considered to be a leader and an inspirational speaker. She specializes in personalized training for FM professionals and at the same time she graduated from the neuro-linguistic programming course in 2014.
