The Hungarian group is known on the local market for the development of the residential complex Parcul Privighetorilor in Bucharest, a project including 125 apartments and a cost of EUR 20 million, as well as for the Gold Plaza mall in Baia Mare, developed in partnership with Immofinanz, an investment of EUR 97 million.
Currently, Futureal Romania is planning the development of residential complexes through Cordia, a company member of the group, which head was recently appointed as Mauricio Mesa Gomez, former general director for Hercesa Romania and Bulgaria.
Cordia completed 2,400 apartments in the last 15 years in the CEE region and has nearly 5,000 residential units in pipeline. The value of the developed projects is EUR 900 million, while the value of the pipeline is estimated around EUR 1.6 billion. (source: capital.ro)
