After the bankruptcy of BJJ Proiecte Imobiliare, company controlled by the businessman Jonathan Mann, the judicial liquidator put on sale the land of approx. 10 ha the company owned in Brasov.

The auction for the land in Brasov will start on March 19th. The company bought in 2007 the land of the former factory Prefa Brasov for EUR 50 million from the businessman Ioan Neculaie.

The company which had planned the development of the residential project in Brasov is not the only one where Mann is shareholder and has liquidity problems. Other companies in insolvency are Compania Universul SRL, the owner of Universul Palace, as well as the company Universul Chitila Development, which was intended to develop a real estate district in Chitila.
