Former deputy manager of Cushman&Wakefield is the new partner at Compas
Costel Florea will occupy the new position within Compas Real Estate starting March 2013.
Costel Florea started his real estate activity in 1993, as a deputy manager of Activ consulting. 14 years later he became partner and manager of the Capital Markets division of Cushman & Wakefield Romania. 2007 is the year when the two companies have merged.
During his activit , Costel Florea has worked for clients such as SEWS Romania, Freescale Semiconductor, BP, Argo Capital, BCR Erste Bank, Price Waterhouse Coopers.
In 2003-2005 he has implemented in Romania the service of project management for the commercial centres. In the last period, his professional activity includes the selling of the retail park Shopping City Sibiu to North REOF, the selling of River Plaza to Sonae Sierra and the transaction Magnolia Shopping Center – Miller Development.
Costel Florea is an authorizated valuator by the Romanian Valuators Association (A.N.E.V.A.R.) and a membre of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered)
Compas Real Estate was founded in January 2011 by Florin Sorea, the former office division of Cushman & Wakefield in Romania, with clients such as Renault, Garanti Bank, Zeus Capital.
