The Forbes Best Office Buildings Gala, the fourth edition, is a 100% Forbes Romania concept and has been a great success since its first edition in 2015. The award ceremony was conceived as a high-stakes event.
In this context, Forbes Romania aims at recognizing and rewarding the main actors of this market segment within the gala.


The Romanian office market is beginning to revive, having as main features a call for design and architecture, and last but not least, energy efficiency, this much-sought "green" attribute. Business parks, shopping centers, supermarket chains are becoming more and more attractive, and their market value may increase as the interest of developers of real estate projects, portfolio holders and potential tenants has shown in recent times.
Forbes Best Office Buildings will include a discussion panel focusing on trends in the real estate market and a competition with the most beautiful architecture projects for office buildings created by students from architectural universities.
