Gaita is the first Romanian appointed as head of operations of the Turkey’s developer in Romania, since its entry on the local markets summer the attributions of Ali Ergun Ergen, former CEO according to Mediafax.

The new head of Anchor Group also worked in the real estate division of Volksbank, for Rosegur Cash Services and occupied the position of managing director of the German company ECE Projektmanagement Romania. Between 2004 and 2006, Gaita was development manager of Kaufland Romania, while previously worked in the same position for Billa Romania.

Former head of Anchor, Ali Ergun Ergen, involved in the development of the malls as well as of the commercial area of Baneasa project, controlled by the businessman Gabriel Popovicu, ended in March its second mandate of Anchor Group’s management.

 

Anchor announced last autumn that considered the renovation and repositioning of Bucharest Mall and Plaza Romania, an investment estimated at EUR 50 million. (source: wall-street.ro)
