Immochan, the real estate subsidiary of the French retailer Auchan, has developed this project, located on the former Tractorul industrial platform, in central Romanian city of Brasov.
Coresi Shopping Resort has already announced the promotions which will accompany the launch.
Immochan Romania previously opened a shopping center in Drumul Taberei area, southwest Bucharest, which together with the Coresi Shopping Resort in Brasov, needed a EUR 120 million investment. (source: Romania-insider.com)
