The Romanian operations reached EUR 15.5 million, decreasing compared to the same period of the previous fiscal year, when they reached EUR 16.1 million and represents 6.5% of the total of operational revenues of Immofinanz Group. The operational profit (EBIT) in Romania was EUR 9.5 million, representing 3.1% of the total EBIT profit.

Immofinanz owns in Romania 88 projects (17 completed investments, 60 projects planned and 11 projects in development) with a total value of EUR 1.003 billion, according to the company’s most recent financial report.
