In the building developed by Avrig 35 and Industrialexport, taken over last year by the businessmen Ioannis Papalekas and Dragoş Bîlteanu, in a nearly EUR 50 million transaction, the best offices were taken by the consultants Ernst & Young, to occupy the top floors of the towers, from 17th to 22nd floor.

Moreover, Cegeka leased a space of approx. 2,500 sqm on three floors where the company intends to extend the number of employees from 190 currently to 265, according to the information provided by Ruxandra Radeş, HR Business Partner within Cegeka.

Hidroelectrica will occupy starting next week other four floors of the project.

„We have vacancy for the first, second and third floor, with approx. 2,000 sqm area each and the seventh floor“, said Ema Iftimie, leasing manager within UpGround project and responsible for the leasing of the spaces in Tower Center, second tallest office building in Bucharest, with 100m height.
