Dedeman will pay 31 million lei, inclusive of VAT (approx. EUR 7 million) for the land of Rosal Grup. In the end of December, the shareholders of Rosal Grup, where Honorius Prigoana has 67 pct. shares, have approved the sale to Dedeman of a plot with an area of approx. 50,000 sq. m situated in the village of Pantelimon, Ilfov county.
