XL Team, a company of software development is the last tenant of the building. The company will relocated in august its operations to the new headquarters, on more than 400 sqm at the 5th floor of the building.

 “According to our expansion plans in Romania, our company decided the relocation of the offices in the new building in 22-26 Siriului. We want to be part of a growing business hub”, has declared Tudor Cobalas, business developer, XL Team.

With offices in Amsterdam and Bucharest, XL Team offers products and services of software design and development, applications and websites for different environments, using methods and technologies of last generation.

The consultancy company The Advisers / Knight Frank also managed this year the leasing of an office space in the building, for the architecture and interior design company BL Associates.

CSDA Siriului is a project financed through European grants, aiming the support of local entrepreneurial initiatives, according to Alexandra Olteanu, commercial director within Primavera Development. In Romania, the small and medium companies have facilities in renting the offices in the buildings developed with EU funds.

The building has a rentable area of approx. 3,600 sqm of A class office space. In the vicinity of the project it is situated the mall Promenada Shopping Center, whose delivery is scheduled for this year. (source: dailybusiness.ro)
