„We noticed a larger demand from the investors – private and investment funds – for rented office building, which generated 7.5-8.5 pct yields in Euros, compared to a rate interest in bank deposits of 102 pct. Moreover we saw more and more transactions with rented commercial spaces. The buyer is concerned by the tenant mix and the level of rent, in order not to be overrated.“

The investments in luxury properties are attractive as well, the yield being situated around 5-6 pct. More than a simple dwelling, these houses and apartments are considered profitable investments  on long term, with a yield superior to bank interests.
