Although an old office building, the position in the northern part of Bucharest attracted the buyer, sources in the market say, adding that it is a private investor and not a strategic investor in the real estate market.
Northern Bucharest became in the latest years the office pole of Bucharest, hosting tens of thousands of corporate employees. In this area of Bucharest, office buildings have been developed, mainly in the area of the metro stations Pipera and Aurel Vlaicu. The Oriflame office building is not situated within this area.
