The works started in October 2013, with Immochan as general contractor. The first of the four phases of the construction, including the foundations and the structures is nearing completion and the second phase, including the closure of the building will start in approx. a month. The next stages are the installations work and the fit-out works.
Corsei project is situated in the former industrial platform Tractorul, where Immochan intends to completely modify the old structure into the largest urban regeneration project in Romania.
Coresi will include on an area of approx. 32,000 sq. m an entertainment area with multiplex cinema and eight digital halls, a food-court, a family entertainment area and a commercial gallery. The hypermarket Auchan with a sale area of 13,300 sq. m will add to the tenant mix in coresi Brasov project. The project will also include a parking space with 2,000 parking places.
Moreover, in front of the complex there is a huge esplanade, of the dimensions of a football field, which will be used as a terrace and events venue during summer.
