Since the law regarding the creation and development of the small companies by young entrepreneurs was enacted (February 2011) until January this year, the National Trade Registry has registered 11,413 such companies, with 11,241 still functioning.

Most of them were founded in Cluj district – 1,408 created and 1,395 still functioning, considering that Cluj is the third district in Romanian by its inhabitants, after Iaşi and Prahova. In Bucharest, by far the most populated area of Romania, there are 1,231 small companies compared to 1,251 founded in this period. (sursa: economica.net)
