However, the investment funds and companies active in real estate in the region say that there is still a need of office spaces, commercial centres and logistics infrastructure, according to a study made by Skanska, Dentons and JLL, together with the Romanian Business Services Leaders Association.
The transaction volumes with commercial spaces have highlighted the supremacy of Poland and Zech Republic, which attracted last year 76 pct, of the regional volume of EUR 9 billion.
