CITR will relocate to the A building within the business park developed by Sweden’s group Skanska, where it has rented 1,100 sq. m offices.
The project Green Court includes the development of three office buildings with a rentable area of 52,000 sq. m on a plot of land situated on Gara Herăstrău St., in the vicinity of Promenada mall.
The first building, where CITR will also relocate, hosts the headquarters of Orange and Schneider Electric, and it was completed in the end of last year and sold , for EUR 44 million to Globalworth, group controlled by Ioannis Papalekas.
The transaction should be completed in the following period, when the works for the second building (B) should also be complete. This building has already been partially rented to companies such as Carrefour and the HR company Adecco.
Moreover, Skanska started the works for the third building within Green Court, which is scheduled for completion by the half of next year.
This is the first project of the Swedish group on the local market, which announced that they were analyzing the acquisition of new lands in Bucharest, but they didn’t announce yet any new transaction.
