Part of Swedish group King, Bucharest studio was opened in 2011, the company registering a constant growth on the Romanian market ever since. Therefore, by the end of 2014, the new office in Operei Sq. will accommodate over 110 employees.
Colliers International has assisted King in finding the real estate solution matching the company’s needs.
The Opera Center complex (including Opera Center One and Opera Center Two) is one of the first A class projects delivered in Bucharest, owned by the Austrian investment fund CA Immo. The tenant lust includes big names such as Printre NN Lease, Glaxo Smith Kline, Borza si Asociatii, PayU, Stoica si Asociatii or DHL Logistics.
The lease transaction was assisted by the legal consultants DLA Piper, as tenant’s representative and Fenechiu Savu & Asociatii on the landlord’s part.
