NEPI announced today the takeover of the 25,564 sqm building. Tenants such as Colgate Palmolive, Huawei, Pricewaterhouse Coopers and Royal Bank of Scotland are paying 16.07 euros/sqm/month average rent. The completion of the transaction is estimated before 30th of June 2013. (source: zf.ro)
Bucharest Lakeview office building was sold for 62 million euros
In biggest real estate transaction of the year, the businessman Dinu Patriciu and AIG Lincoln sold Lakeview to NEPI for 61.7 million euros.
