The transaction was brokered by Knight Frank Romania, which has a portfolio of projects such as expansion of Oracle in SkyTower (about 10,400 sqm.), pre-lease of Genpact in Hermes Business Campus (approximately 22,000 sqm.) and pre-lease of Oracle in Oregon Park (approx. 20,000 sqm).

 

Boiron was founded in 1932 by Jean and Henri Boiron and the business reached revenues of 37, 3 million lei on the local market, three times higher than in the previous year, according to data from the Ministry of Finance.
