JLL Romania is in charge of the sale of the building with an area of about 16,000 square meters.

BCR Palace, the former headquarters of the bank, is in the process of being released, with offices and employees in the center already being moved to Bucharest Financial Plaza (formerly Bancorex), its current headquarters, and to the rented premises in The Bridge in Grozăveşti.

The historic Class A monument building in downtown Bucharest was completed in 1906.
