Alius owns 70% of the company Alia Parking, through which it has bought the land for the construction of a residential and office complex, with an area of 45,000 sq. m. The complex was intended to include five buildings of six floors each, Mediafax informs.

According to data of Casa de Insolventa Transilvania, the judicial liquidator of the company, the main creditor is UniCredit Tiriac Bank, which has granted in 2008 a loan of EUR 11.52 million. Alia Parking entered bankruptcy in 2012.

The liquidator intends to sell through direct negotiation the land situated on the National Road 1 (DN 1), one km far from Baneasa commercial centre and 4 km far from the International Airport Henri Coanda. (source: wall-street.ro)
