The company aims to become the national leader in the co-working/service offices segment, with plans to expand its network in major cities across Romania. Immediate plans include opening a new location in Bucharest in the first quarter of this year.

“We are proud of our progress and the trust our clients place in us. For 2025, we are focusing on expanding our network of locations and diversifying our services, aiming to support entrepreneurs and companies in their development across Romania. We’re starting with Bucharest, but our plan is to bring aSpace solutions to major cities nationwide,” said Bogdan Mariniuc, founder and CEO of aSpace.

The number of aSpace clients doubled between 2022 and 2024, reaching over 400 active contracts, more than a third of which (150) have been active for over two years. This year, the company, which holds a market share of approximately 15%, aims to surpass 500 active partners.

Additionally, the number of aSpace locations grew from three in 2022 to six in 2024. For 2025, the company plans to open three more locations, bringing the total to nine co-working spaces. The total available area expanded from 3,500 square meters in 2022 to over 9,000 square meters planned by the end of this year.

This growth has been supported by team expansion, increasing from four employees in 2022 to 12 in 2024, with a projection of 16 professionals by 2025.

“What sets us apart in this market is flexibility. We find solutions for each client and customize offers to meet their exact needs. As we grow, this becomes more challenging, but we continue to deliver. Additionally, we have a highly committed team, always ready to act, and we benefit from being a local operator with deep market knowledge,” added Bogdan Mariniuc.
