The financial institution currently occupies 7,700 square metre in West Gate. Alpha Bank started operating in the office park in 2008, with the initial lease to expire early next year.

West Gate is one of the largest office parks in Bucharest, located in the Militari neighborhood, in close proximity to Preciziei Metro Station. The park oncludes five office buildings with a total rental surface of 75,000 square meters.
