At the completion of the project, AFI Park will have 5 A class office towers, with a total rentable area of 70,000 sqm. The project is situated on the land nearby AFI Palace Cotroceni in Bucharest. Each building will have 10 floors and an underground parking on 2 levels, connected to the mall. AFI Park 1 was opened in September 2012, having a total built area of 20,000 sqm and a rentable area of 12,000 sqm, with 85% occupancy rate. The second office building, AFI Park 2 is in construction and will be delivered in Q2 2014. AFI Park goes green
AFI Europe designated the real estate consultant Colliers to manage the green certification process (LEED Gold) for the first two office buildings in AFI Park.
