Le Marquis, an office building managed by AEW Europe, is owned by institutional investors through Marquis Building Brussels SA. The building was completely refurbished in 2009.

 Lola & Liza (fashion designer “Made in Belgium”) will occupy 3,400 sqm starting February, 1st 2014.

 Le Marquis building received the certification BREEAM GOOD in the category « major refurbishment » according to the BREEAM Europe 2008. It was the first refurbished building in the district to receive the eco-label.

 This transaction brings the occupancy rate to 85%. The building is also let by AGEAS, EDF-Luminus, the pharmaceutical group Eli Lilly, Bpost Bank, SD Worx group and CRÉDOC.
