The owner, Mihai Sebastian Arghiropol, the manager of the company Media One SRL, with PR and advertising activities, which has carried out the renovation works, is looking for a tenant to occupy the entire building, asking for a price of EUR 18,000 per month.

 „The building has 1,000 sq. m and includes ground floor and three storeys for retail. On the rooftop and at the fifth floor a lounge bar is already functional. We intend to rent it all to a single brand, such as for example H&M in the old centre“, says Mihai Arghiropol. (source: zf.ro)
