Dan and Carmen Adamescu control Unirea Shopping Center Bucureşti through The Nova Group Investments, owning more than 74% of SCDM shares.

The works will start next year and will last for a year and a half, including a cinema and skate-rink.

The company ended the first nine months with turnover of 56.6 million lei (EUR 12.8 million), with 8% down compared to the similar period of last year, and the profit increased with 47%, to 2.4 million lei.

Unirea Shopping Center Bucureşti (SCDM) is rated at 182 million lei value on Rasdaq market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, but the liquidity of SCDM share is low. The capitalization was calculated based on the share’s price from November 26th transaction. (source: economica.net)
