Adama sold a quarter of the second phase of Edenia Titan residential project
The real estate developer Adama, part of the Austrian group Immofinanz, has announced the selling of 25% of the 126 units of the second phase of Edenia Titan residential project, which resistance structure was recently completed.
The construction started in October 2012, and the delivery is scheduled for this autumn.
The second phase of the project includes a new building on 11 floors with 126 apartments, to add to the first phase of the project, finalized in 2009 and including two buildings with 226 units.
The investment for this phase rises up to EUR 8.7 million.
At the same time with Edenia Titan, Adama has started in September 2012 the works for the second phase of Evocasa Optima residential complex, also in titan area. The construction works for this building was faster, as for the foundation already existed, so the delivery of the new apartments is scheduled for July 2013. Evocasa Optima 2 includes 84 units of 2 and 3 rooms. The first phase (83 units) was completed in 2010, with 82% of the units sold by now.
Adama is active in Romania, Moldova, Ukraine and Turkey and built over 1,500 apartments, from which 1,000 were sold. (source: wall-street.ro)
