The US-based company will move its Romanian office within a 430 sqm space in November 2015 and with this, Green Court touches an occupancy rate of 75 per cent. The leasing contract has been managed by JLL.
Recently, Swedish real estate developer Skanska announced it has launched the B building of Green Court Bucharest, following an investment of 35 million Euro. This new building displays 18,000 sqm on 12 levels, plus three underground levels and offers 215 parking spaces. Currently, the develop announced an occupancy rate of 72 percent , by tenants such as: Carrefour Romania, Sanofi, Colgate Palmolive Romania, Adecco Romania and RINF Outsourcing Solutions.
At the end of last year, the developer launched the first building of the complex , following an estimated 46 million Euro worth investment. The first A-building delivers 19,500 sqm lease office space distributed on 12 levels. Green Court project has a total plan of 52,000 sqm distributed in three A-class buildings with 12 levels each, to be certified LEED Gold. The complex is located in Northern Bucharest.
