A third of Willbrook Platinum’s revenues come from the conference centre
The business centre Platinum Business and Convention Center, developed by the Israeli billionaire Eyal Ofer on Bucureşti – Ploieşti Road in northern Bucharest has currently an office occupancy rate of 23%.
As a percentage from the total amount of the revenues of the asset, the conference centre, situated at the first floors of the project represents as much as a third. (source: zf.ro)
