This is the fourth Cinema multiplex that Optim PM have built for Cinema City in Romania undertaking the architectural, MEP installations and structural design while working closely with the company’s concept architects. The new Cinema City from Mega Mall has been built and fitted out in just 4 months including the food and beverages, offices & public facilities.

OPTIM PM has been recently appointed as general designer for four new Cinema City locations in Romania: Deva, Drobeta Turnu Severin, Constanta and Timisoara.

The cinemas in Deva and Drobeta Turnu Severin are approximately 1,600 GBA square meters and will comprise 6 halls each. Occupying a space of 2,850 square meters, the Cinema City in Constanta will have 9 halls and one hall with 4dx technology. Timisoara will have 14 halls, one equipped with the 4DX technology.
