A company from Constantin Iavorski group to develop an office building in Pipera
The company Integral Invest, owned by April 2010 directly by the family of the businessman Constantin Iavorski, former Energy Minister of the Republic of Moldova, has recently started the construction works for a nine floors office building in Pipera, Northern Bucharest, with an EU grant of EUR 3.8 million (17.1 million lei).
The total value of the project is estimated at 42.5 million lei (approx. EUR 9.5 million), according to the data available on the website of the Agency for Regional Development Bucharest-Ilfov, the grant covering therefore 40% of the costs. (source: zf.ro)
