2012 Incomes for the Real Estate Brokers in the Residential Field
The number of transactions closed by brokers increased last year, even if for almost a quarter of them, there were months with no revenue, and the minimum gain reduced to EUR 500.
“Real Estate Brokers Market”, a study released by the Real Estate Brokers Association regarding the residential market in Bucharest, cited by Mediafax shows that 2012 was the year of contrasts for the real estate brokers.
"If 36% of the brokers succeeded in deals with 1-2 clients out of 10, in one year only the number of those brokers closing deals with a half of their clients almost doubled, from 5% to 9", the report showed.
2012 also brought a decrease of the minimum revenues registered by the real estate brokers, as more than 30% reported minimum revenues of EUR 500, comparing to 46% in 2011. Regarding the monthly average income, 75% of the brokers declared more than EUR 750, while the percentage of those with at least EUR 1,500 income decreased from 30% to 19%.
